Anemone deltoidea (Columbia wind-flower) is a shade-loving plant of the Cascade Mountain forests. Its relatively large, ivory-white flowers usually appear in July. It is a quintessential North West Pacific species and is only found in a narrow range from Northern California through Oregon to Washington. It is most common in the damp mountain forests on the west side of the Cascade Range.
